    Candidate musts

    1. Must be energetic, engaging, personable and friendly;
    2. Authentically represent the brand being promoted;
    3. Must be a team player who is keen to participate in meeting goals and targets outlined by your program manager and on-site manager, and shared interest in the general success of the program or event;
    4. Must be able to communicate key messages of program effectively to consumers
    5. Thrive on positive consumer interactions;
    6. Have a keen interest and willingness to learn about the automotive industry;
    1. Would be able to learn the material provided to enhance consumer knowledge;
    2. Must feel comfortable and confident speaking about various vehicles with consumers;
    3. Posses a full/valid G or Class 5 driver’s license (varies by program);
    4. Are willing to travel (varies by program);
    5. Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs;
    6. Should possess promotional experience and/or customer service experience;
    1. Are able to be client facing and interact comfortably with the client and partners;
    1. Must be dependable and reliable when working with agreed upon shifts;
    1. Should have full availability for the entire program duration, unless specified;
    2. May have previous automotive experience

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include but not limited to;

    1. Setting-up and tear down of footprint;
    2. Creating memorable experiences with consumers through program initiatives that may include test drives, contest entries etc;
    3. Maintaining a fun, positive, and energetic attitude;
    4. Drawing in, engaging and educating consumers on our client’s products and services;
    5. Management, care, control and coordination of a fleet of vehicles;
    6. Maintaining a clean work environment and professional appearance;
    7. Reporting back on the results you achieve each day – quantitative and qualitative;
    8. Managing all technology (i.e. tablets, scanners etc.) and vehicle keys to ensure they are not stolen, damaged or lost while under your care
    9. Reporting all incidents on site (i.e. injuries, lost or missing keys/tablet,etc) to OSM and filling out Incident Report.
