    Lumency is currently seeking Field Force Team members in Kelowna, British Columbia to join our roster for upcoming experiential marketing activations in early 2019.  Our Field Force Team Members are responsible for creating memorable experiences with consumers in field, engaging and educating consumes on our client's produces or services, managing technology, and being an advocate for the client brand.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Logistics & Event Execution

    • Responsible for technology in use during event (i.e. tablets, scanners etc.)
    • Support the On-Site Manager to manage a fleet of vehicles and vehicle keys to ensure they are not stolen, damaged or lost
    • Support the On-Site Manager to report back on the results achieved each day – both quantitative and qualitative

     

    Relationship Curation

    • Create memorable experiences with consumers through program initiatives (i.e. test drives, contest entries etc.)
    • Engage and educate consumers on client’s products and services through passion and natural conversation

    Culture Cultivation                                                                                                                                                                    

    • Participate in meeting team goals and targets outlined by the Associate Consultant, Experiential and On-Site Manager
    • Communicate key program messages effectively to consumers
    • Report all incidents on site to Direct Reports

    Qualifications

    Experience

    Previous experience in promotion.  Experience in the automotive industry and customer service (an asset).

    Post-Secondary Education (an asset).
